I fell in love with yoga when I took my very first yoga class in august 2012 to be exact. Being a full time mom to my then 6 yrs. old boy, a wife, and a college student I often found myself on the mat finding comfort when life got a little crazy. Sometimes falling asleep on my mat, to crying my eyeballs out, Yoga taught me to love myself, by accepting my weakness and transforming them into my strengths. The more I learned about yoga and its benefits the more I fell in love with it. Yoga helps you calm the mind while improving your balance and flexibility.

Inspired by my teachers and their passion towards yoga, ignited my love for teaching yoga. So, after graduating from University of Houston and one more baby later, who is now 4 years old, I got my 200-hour YTT certification with Life Power Yoga. My teaching style is more Vinyasa based. I enjoy the rhythm of a Vinyasa flow, which fells more like a modern day dance to me. In my free time, if I am not found on my yoga mat I am probably watching TV on my couch or cooking food for the family. SEE YOU ON THE MAT!!!!


Katie Trevino

Katie is a compassionate, driven, creative practitioner and teacher of yoga. She completed her 200hr RYT at Joy Yoga Center in Houston, TX. Focusing on correct form and alignment, Katie helps her students achieve better functionality in their practice as well as helping build strength, flexibility, and balance.

As a one-time member of corporate America, she builds her classes to tackle common complaints associated with stress. Katie’s easy style and laid back personality make her the perfect fit to teach stress relief and gentle yoga sequences. She wants to help you achieve calmness and confidence on and off the mat.

Katie is excited about bringing yoga to a larger audience and is deeply grateful for her experiences in teaching yoga. She looks forward to teaching you!


Caner Donmez

Hi, I am Caner. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance. I received my certification from Mahi Yoga in India by completing their Yoga Teacher Training in multi-Style Yoga. I have been practicing yoga for 7 years. I specialize in therapeutic approaches in yoga postures by focusing on accurate alignment. I love teaching yoga because it not only unites us with our body, mind, and soul but also unites us all together.

May our body be flexible on and off our mat; flexibility in the body, flexibility in the mind.
